Redefining The Standards

The CMHSGroup is committed in providing and maintaining the highest quality of service. We are leading the competition in:

  • eliminating chemical restraints
  • reducing psychotropic meds, where appropriate
  • avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations
  • decreasing deficiencies
  • returning patients from an inpatient stay with a safe and improved condition
  • Onsite response to clinical emergencies within 24 hours or same day when possible.
  • No charge to facility for professional services or crisis interventions.

What Makes CMHS Unique

  • Our staff have set schedules at the facilities we provide our services to which allows for the staff working in the facilities to know exactly what day our staff will be there
  • Our LCSW's"s work with the residents & their families. We believe this is crucial
  • We facilitate rapid admission to Hebrew home where Dr. Cooper is also the Medical Director. We all work under the same umbrella, allowing us easy access to patient progress.
  • Low staff turn over at our facilities, provides consistency, familiarity & peace of mind to staff, residents and their families
  • We provide quarterly customer service visits to all of our facilities, allowing both us(CMHS), and the staff at the facilities to meet in person. We believe it is important to listen to the staff and ensure all their needs are met.
  • We Know how vital a role continuing education plays in our facilities. Our staff is kept current. We regularly teach the newest & proper techniques and tools in order to feel prepared and confident in handling difficult situations. We believe this education decreases staff stress while improving patient care.
